The New Energy Horizons Regional Center, LLC (“NEH Regional Center” or “New Energy Horizons”) is part of a group of business enterprises organized under New Energy Holdings, LLC (“NEH”). New Energy Horizons was established in the State of California on July 22, 2010 as a Limited Liability Company to provide an investment opportunity for EB-5 investors in the U.S. renewable energy sector (including education).

March 10, 2012: DREAM OVERSEAS becomes the Authorized Representative for Marketing and Sales for NEW ENERGY HORIZONS in Shanghai, China.
March 4, 2012: NEW ENERGY HORIZONS establishes a Representative Office in Shanghai, China.
February 25-26, 2012: NEW ENERGY HORIZONS successfully debuts at the INVEST IN AMERICA 2012 (SHANGHAI) SUMMIT AND EXHIBITION in Shanghai, China.
February 25-26, 2012: Mr. Larry Behar, Esq. and Key Speakers at the INVEST IN AMERICA 2012 (SHANGHAI) SUMMIT AND EXHIBITION provide support/services to NEW ENERGY HORIZONS.
